The Role
We’re looking for a driven and consultative Account Executive (AE) who can take qualified leads and turn them into long-term customers.
You’ll own the entire sales cycle — from discovery to demo, negotiation to close — and act as a trusted advisor to Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders across QA, Engineering, and Product functions.
This is a role for a hunter and closer — someone who thrives on solving customer challenges and consistently beating their quota.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closure for global mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Conduct deep discovery conversations to understand client challenges in testing, automation, and release management.
- Deliver compelling product demos that showcase TestGrid’s business value and ROI.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with technical and business decision-makers (QA Heads, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Managers).
- Collaborate with BDRs to drive pipeline generation and ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to customize solutions and proposals.
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Negotiate pricing, structure contracts, and close deals with precision and speed.
- Gather client insights and feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategies.
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience selling technology or testing solutions to enterprise or mid-market customers.
- Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — capable of engaging C-level executives.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and technical evaluations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate ROI-driven value propositions.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, and Gong is a plus.
