As a
Senior Account Executive at TuMeke

, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth and expanding our footprint across enterprise accounts. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close—while building long-term, trusted relationships with clients.

This role requires a hunter mentality and a strong sense of ownership. While you'll receive a steady flow of inbound leads, success in this position depends on your ability to self-source opportunities and build pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship development.

To succeed in this role, you are expected to consistently meet the following activity benchmarks:

  • 100 calls, 100 emails, and 10 Fathom-recorded meetings per week.

These activities are foundational to pipeline generation, deal velocity, and overall sales success at TuMeke.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities within target industries, engaging with decision-makers across multiple levels.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management:

Own the process end-to-end, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.

  • Customer Relationship Building:

Develop trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and aligning TuMeke's solutions to deliver measurable value.

  • Collaborative Strategy Development:

Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Pipeline Management:

Maintain an active and accurate pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, detailed forecasting, and achievement of revenue targets.

  • Account Expansion:

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.

  • Consultative Selling:

Use a consultative, insight-driven approach to uncover pain points and articulate TuMeke's business impact.

  • Market Insight & Feedback:

Stay current on industry trends and competitive positioning to inform sales strategy and product development.

  • CRM Management:

Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene within HubSpot to ensure accurate activity tracking, reporting, and forecasting.

Must-Haves

  • Proven Sales Success:

Demonstrated ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles and close high-value SaaS or technology deals.

  • Exceptional Communication:

Skilled in presenting to senior-level stakeholders, negotiating, and articulating clear value propositions.
