Account Executive – Full Time (New Delhi)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our team. The role involves managing quotations, billing, reconciliations, and vendor coordination, while supporting smooth day-to-day accounting and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and related client documentation.
- Manage reconciliations, track payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Support inventory management, including stock monitoring and reporting.
- Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
- Assist with logistics documentation in line with compliance requirements.
- Work with MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Word for analysis and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in English.
- Support management with operational and financial tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, billing, or inventory management.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with reconciliation processes and compliance documentation.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and spoken English.
