Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in New Delhi. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, providing solutions to client issues, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations in Tally/Zoho Books or similar software.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with management for financial reporting and analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
