About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
Account Management & Marketing Support Associate
with experience in the Education sector. This role involves managing client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and traveling for events, workshops, and school visits across the country and potentially internationally. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, an understanding of educational environments, and the flexibility to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and other educational clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, support needs, and account coordination.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of products/services by client institutions.
- Conduct client follow-ups, gather feedback, and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate account documentation, reports, and CRM updates.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at educational institutions.
- Support content creation, presentations, promotional activities, and outreach materials.
- Assist in managing social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing activities as required.
- Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional events.
Travel & Field Responsibilities
- Travel to schools, colleges, and institutions for meetings, demos, workshops, and relationship-building.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and education events across the country.
- Possible international travel depending on project or event requirements.
- Follow the company's
travel and reimbursement policies
—all expenses will be reimbursed as per the policy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Account Management, Marketing, or Client Support within the Education/EdTech sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with frequent travel for field activities and events.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing platforms is a plus.
