Account Management/Client Servicing
Experience: Min. 2 years to 7 years in an advertising agency
Location: Mumbai, Andheri West, Veera Desai Road On-site)
We are currently looking for Account Management candidates to join our team. You’ll use your mettle to lead an integrated mix of Mainline, Digital and BTL projects and client brands; and hit the ground running to help grow Infectious’ role with our clients' businesses.
This role requires articulating and supporting our clients' marketing strategy, branding activities, priorities, and go to market plans. The candidate brings the best thinking that the agency can offer to the client point of contact, defining and managing marketing projects to ensure that creative/operations are developed ad delivered to the client's requirements – on time, on spec. and on budget.
What you’ll do:
- Independently manage and support client initiatives from within the agency
- Own and drive individual client projects/campaigns/initiatives
- Lead internal and client meetings efficiently and confidently
- Project manage creative/ project delivery for client marketing initiatives
- Create action items for internal agency teams/ individuals and actively monitor their progress
- Understand, clarify and communicate client requests and changes to the internal teams
- Collaborate with client and internal team members to develop and present insights on campaign performance and business trends
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ideally 2yrs to 7 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle pressure.
- Understanding of digital and traditional advertising platforms
- Excellent written skills (MS Word) including the ability to create strategy set-ups and an agency point-of-view
- Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills to effectively compile and convey agency thoughts internally and externally
