Role Overview:
- We are looking to hire an Account Manager
to join our growing global partnerships team. The ideal candidate is either: - A
fresher or recent grad
with
excellent communication skills
and a strong understanding of data, analytics, and user behavior, or - An
experienced AM
(2+ years) who has worked with
gaming advertisers
, understands ROAS, ROI, and can translate data into strategic action. - This is a hybrid role blending relationship management, campaign performance, and strategic thinking to help our partners grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with gaming advertiser clients.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics: ROAS, ROI, LTV, retention, and CPI.
- Analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights and drive results.
- Build and present regular performance reports to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, data) to resolve issues and optimize campaigns.
- Assist with upselling and educating clients on our capabilities and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're proactive, responsive, and clear.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and patterns.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets; bonus for knowledge of Looker/Tableau/SQL.
- Deep curiosity about the mobile gaming space.
- Experience with mobile performance metrics is a strong plus.
- For experienced candidates: proven understanding of ROAS, ROI, campaign optimization in gaming or UA.
