Roles and Responsibilities:
● Cultivate trusted advisory relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.
● Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
● Continuously propose solutions to enhance relationships with existing customers and meet
their objectives.
● Conduct quarterly business reviews with existing clients.
● Execute account mining strategies to increase current revenue streams.
● Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers.
● Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
● Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.
● Contribute significantly to generating new sales and building long-lasting relationships.
● Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using
key account metrics.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
● Prepare and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
