Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all strategic and operational discussions.
- Oversee the delivery of campaigns and projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments — strategy, creative, media, and production — to deliver cohesive and effective solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client businesses to identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively offer strategic recommendations.
- Ensure financial health of accounts by monitoring budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics.
- Guide and mentor account management teams, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Prepare and present progress reports, performance analyses, and business reviews to clients and agency leadership.
- Contribute to new business development initiatives and pitch processes when required.
Preferred Skills & Qualities:
- Proven leadership experience in client servicing or account management roles within an advertising, digital, or integrated marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and campaign lifecycle management.
