Account Manager – Professional Beauty & Skincare Industry

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Account Manager with a strong background in the professional beauty and skincare industry to join NEODERMA – the world’s first luxury airless skincare brand.

As NEODERMA expands its presence in the Netherlands, we are looking for Dutch-proficient professional with fluency in English , who is ready to take on a front-facing sales and account management role focused on new business development, building and nurturing long-term client relationships with beauty salons, skin therapists, clinics, and other industry professionals.

Your Mission

As our Account Manager, you will:

• Build and grow NEODERMA’s professional client base in the Netherlands.

• Leverage your existing network of beauty salons, clinics, and professionals to introduce NEODERMA’s cutting-edge product range.

• Drive direct sales, generate leads, and close new business deals.

• Offer personalized commercial support and training to professional clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and after-sales care.

• Act as NEODERMA’s brand ambassador within the professional beauty community.

• Identify opportunities in the market and report on trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

• Participate in professional beauty events and represent NEODERMA.

• Ensure client satisfaction and help partners scale their business through NEODERMA’s solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales/account management within the professional beauty sector.

• Strong and active network of beauty salons and skincare professionals in the Netherlands.

• Dutch-proficient professional with fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Commercial mindset with a passion for results and customer satisfaction.

• A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Strong knowledge of professional skincare and beauty trends is a plus

• Experience with luxury or clean beauty brands
• Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
