- Own the end-to-end customer journey—from white-glove onboarding (TTFV < 24 hrs to first dollar spent) through renewal and expansion.
- Build strong relationships with paid-media professionals, performance marketers, and agency leaders across your book of business.
- Lead onboarding, platform enablement, and policy alignment on Ronin products, removing every roadblock so clients can start scaling immediately.
- Act as a performance-marketing consultant, sharing best practices across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads (knowledge in leadgen, ecommerce and Affiliate Marketing is a plus+)
- Identify growth opportunities; spearhead upsell/expansion conversations and partner with Sales on renewals and referrals.
- Represent the voice of the customer inside Ronin, working with Leadership, Management, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance to level up yourself, our platform and tooling strategies.
- Proactively monitor account health and campaign performance, stepping in early to resolve issues and keep profit on track.
- Drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction by delivering tailored strategies that align with customer goals.
- Maintain clear, regular communication with customers and internal teams, maintain the highest Ronin Standard, Fastest and most premium Client Experience!
- 2+ years’ experience in customer success, client services, or account management within digital advertising, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads (certifications are a plus).
- A commercial mindset with a track record of influencing retention, upsell, or expansion revenue.
- Strong project-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Empathy and curiosity—you want to understand customers’ businesses and help them win.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Comfort with occasional travel to meet key customers or attend events.
- Experience in certain verticals such as lead gen, ecommerce, or Affiliate Marketing (other industries are a bonus)
- Copywriting or CRO chops that turn good ads into monsters.
- Past success reducing churn below 3% in a subscription business.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Telegram, Slack, and Telegram-CRM other CRMs, Marketing and AI tools
- Compensation: Competitive base + Uncapped Growth Bounty! + $50 per churn save + $500 monthly KPI All-Star bonus. Top AMs regularly add US $4k+ to their monthly pay.
