This is a permanent full-time role.

Note: If you are based in Melbourne, the position will be hybrid.

We’re looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic Digital Account Manager. With experience within the digital marketing field, sales, and account management.

If you’re brave, capable, self-starting, motivated, and hungry to achieve, this may be the role for you;

What you'll be doing

  • Strategizing Campaigns: Create tailored digital marketing strategies incorporating various channels like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and email marketing.
  • Communicating Strategy To Clients: Effectively convey the proposed strategies and their potential impact to clients. Ensure client understanding and address any concerns or feedback.
  • Implementing & Optimising Campaigns: Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across appropriate platforms. Monitor and analyse campaign performance for optimization.
  • Reporting on Campaigns: Regularly report on campaign performance, providing detailed analysis and actionable insights. Translate data into client-friendly reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the digital marketing industry, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across paid ads, organic channels, SEO, and funnel strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively in a digital context.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a digital environment.
  • At a minimum of 2+ years experience in a digital marketing agency.
