Position Summary
The Accountant is responsible for managing the organization's financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role involves maintaining financial transactions, preparing statements, analyzing data, and supporting budgeting and auditing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial laws.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and relevant regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software SAP, Tally ERP
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream
1–2 years in accouts
Good communication skills in English
Strong people-management and problem-solving skills
