The Ideal ACCOUNTANT – CONTROLLER
Completes month-end and year-end processes including journal entries and account reconciliations
Can prepare business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
Prepares financial reports and ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted business practices
Will file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports
Audits accounts to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Coordinates with outside auditors and provides them with needed information
Presents recommendations to management on financial objectives and policies
Performs other related duties as necessary
ACCOUNTANT – CONTROLLER Qualifications and Requirements
Detailed oriented, accurate, skilled in problem-solving
Strong understanding and experience with cost accounting
Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Business Administration required
Five years or more of related experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
