Job description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and time management skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries with meticulous accuracy.
- Demonstrate expertise in TDS and GST, including return filing and reconciliation.
- Collaborate effectively with our Chartered Accountant for seamless tax filing.
- Utilize Tally ERP and Excel proficiency to maintain financial records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing inquiries and address any escalations related to payments.
- Handle all documentation and filing for inward/outward bill of entries, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, finance, taxation, and banking regulations.
- Prepare expense reports, maintain meticulous recordkeeping, and perform account reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll processing and manage petty cash effectively.
- Process bill payments and perform occasional errands such as bank deposits.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.

- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Thoroughness, accuracy, and integrity in all financial matters.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
