The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Accountant to join our team. This is a practical, impactful role where your work will directly influence how our growing company operates. You'll track and analyze costs, support our ERP system, and work closely with the owners and external finance leadership to keep our accounting processes running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Track and analyze production costs, inventory, and manufacturing variances
- Support and improve processes in our ERP system
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare reports and insights to help management make informed decisions
- Collaborate with leadership to recommend process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of cost accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Comfortable with ERP systems
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $70,000 – $80,000
- On-site, Monday–Friday schedule
