Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Tellicherry. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The Accountant will also be involved in performing financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as collaborating with auditors during financial audits.
Qualifications
- Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and General Ledger skills
- Financial Statement preparation and Financial Record maintenance skills
- Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
- Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is preferable
