Position: - Accountant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with at least three years of professional experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting audits while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
Job Description: -
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, financial statements, and monthly/annual closing reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with local tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Job Specification:-
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters or PGDM).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime).
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
