Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts and Finance Executive located in Mumbai. The Accounts and Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing GST compliance, conducting financial reporting, and utilizing strong analytical skills. Day-to-day tasks include managing financial records, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience in the rewards and engagement management industry is a plus
