Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Reception Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointments/meeting schedules.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-organized.
- Administrative Support
- Handle office filing systems, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Support HR and Admin in arranging meetings, interviews, and events.
- Manage courier, postal services, and other logistical tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- General Office & Travel Management
- Monitor office maintenance and liaise with housekeeping, IT, and facility teams.
- Manage travel arrangements (flights, trains, cabs) and hotel bookings for managers and employees.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and official communication as required.
- Provide administrative assistance to management and other departments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance in administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or admin role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
