Job description & requirements

Position: Center Admin Executive

Work Timings: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (1st and 3rd Saturdays are holidays)

Location: Sector 21, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

Admin

  • Payment of bills
  • Maintenance & repairs
  • Inter department coordination
  • Obtaining necessary approvals and signatures/authorization

Basic Accounting

  • Book Keeping
  • Vouchers submission to accounts against expenses under different categories
  • Data entry
  • File maintenance

Finance

  • Managing the books of accounts
  • Tracking the fee payments
  • Creating the MIS reports

Operations

  • Managing the SOPs and operations for the school and the ancillary services

Procurement & Vendor relations

  • Coordination with new and existing vendors for the framing and the renewal of contracts
  • Settlements

Role Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/commerce
  • Preferred Familiarity with MS Office and online admin tools
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in similar role preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a preschool will be an advantage
  • Position is open for both female and male candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
