Job description & requirements

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supplies and maintenance.
  • Support HR and accounts departments in administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
  • Manage petty cash, expense records, and office budgets.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and facility management.

Admin Executive – Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and IT coordination.
  • Team coordination and leadership qualities.
