Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations at our college campus in Porur. The role requires coordination across multiple functions including front office management, student support, admissions, and stores administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations, calls, and visitor handling in a professional manner.
- Support admission-related activities – enquiry handling, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Provide student and parent support for academic and administrative queries.
- Maintain store inventory, track office consumables, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth campus operations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, records, and documentation as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, admissions, or stores management, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general computer operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
