Job Description:
- Executive Support
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Communication Management
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Meeting Coordination
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Liaison Role
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Event & Meeting Coordination
- Support with expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial documentation.
- Assist in project coordination and monitoring progress.
- Track action items and ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required.
- Arrange meetings, conferences, and travel bookings.
- Prepare meeting rooms and required materials.
- Support in organizing company events and training sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA / MBA)
- 1–2 years of experience as an admin executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
