The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, coordinating office activities, and supporting the team for smooth functioning. The role also includes handling reception duties when required.
- Maintain and manage daily, weekly, and monthly branch expenses.
- Handle petty cash, maintain cash books, and reconcile balances.
- Verify all bills, receipts, and vouchers before submitting to the accounts department.
- Track vendor payments and coordinate with accounts for timely settlements.
- Prepare and share branch expense reports with management.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits.
- Monitor and control unnecessary expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
