Urgent Hiring – Admin & Travel Desk Executive

Location: Noida – 125
Experience: 2–5 years

Qualification: Full-time Graduation (Any Discipline)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel bookings – flights, trains, buses, and hotels.
  • Handle front desk, housekeeping, and facility management operations.
  • Coordinate vendor tie-ups for hotels, snacks, stationery, transport, and maintenance services.
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and office infrastructure requirements.
  • Process travel reimbursements and maintain admin records.
  • Support employee engagement and internal event coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in vendor development, facility management, and housekeeping supervision.
  • Skilled in hotel/vendor tie-ups, travel coordination, and admin operations.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
