Urgent Hiring – Admin & Travel Desk Executive
Location: Noida – 125
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: Full-time Graduation (Any Discipline)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel bookings – flights, trains, buses, and hotels.
- Handle front desk, housekeeping, and facility management operations.
- Coordinate vendor tie-ups for hotels, snacks, stationery, transport, and maintenance services.
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and office infrastructure requirements.
- Process travel reimbursements and maintain admin records.
- Support employee engagement and internal event coordination.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in vendor development, facility management, and housekeeping supervision.
- Skilled in hotel/vendor tie-ups, travel coordination, and admin operations.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, proactive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities efficiently.
