Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Executive to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain office efficiency.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, couriers).
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist HR in organizing interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office files and records (physical and digital).
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative executive, office administrator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
