Admin Executive
Role Description:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative operations, supporting management and staff with logistics, facilities, vendor coordination, and general office management. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely procurement and maintenance.
- Ensure upkeep of office premises and handle facility-related issues.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport for employees and guests.
- Manage visitor coordination and front office operations when required.
- Maintain attendance registers, guest and vendor entry records.
- Assist with renewals of AMC contracts, licenses, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with building management, IT, security, and other service teams.
- Handle courier dispatches, vendor billing, and petty cash management.
- Support management in implementing administrative policies and process improvements.
- Schedule meetings, interviews and manage the calendar.
- Assist in Event Management and make RSVP calls.
Relevant Experience Range:
- Proven experience in Administrative or office support roles.
- Basic understanding of Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
