Job description & requirements

Job Title: Admin Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Administration

Key Responsibilities:1. Maintenance Oversight

  • Conduct daily property rounds and monitor all maintenance-related issues.
  • Review and update the To-Do sheet of all centers with admin remarks.
  • Ensure CCTV, fire alarms, and security sensors are functional and tested regularly.
  • Identify causes of pending maintenance tasks and follow up with concerned personnel for resolution.
  • Raise material requests to the purchase department and ensure timely closure.
  • Investigate and report maintenance damages or breakages to CEO/Admin Head with supporting images.
  • Ensure maintenance team uploads before-and-after task photos with timestamps.
  • Manage repair, maintenance, and replacement of office equipment, furniture, and building assets.

2. Housekeeping & Security Supervision

  • Prepare daily In-Out reports for Housekeeping (HK) and Security teams.
  • Coordinate with agencies regarding staffing and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train and coordinate with new HK and Security staff.
  • Supervise HK and Security operations across all centers.
  • Audit CCTV footage of night guards and report discrepancies.
  • Oversee pantry services and manage office assistants (boys/girls) at the head office.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of office premises and facilities.
  • Manage office flats and staff accommodation as per company policy.

3. Administration & Coordination

  • Be active on helpline and task groups; ensure all pending tasks are completed and updated.
  • Escalate approvals, dependencies, and issues to the CEO/Admin Head when required.
  • Send end-of-day task reports summarizing completed and pending work, highlighting key concerns.
  • Handle logistics, bookings, and administrative coordination as needed.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of handling data updates, reports, and records efficiently.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and general office software.
  • Strong multi-tasking and coordination skills.
  • Experience in maintenance supervision and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and reporting ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
