Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to handle the day-to-day administrative operations at our Dombivli office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of office activities, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and maintain a well-organized, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure all facilities and utilities are in working order.
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, documentation, and records.
- Maintain and monitor office supplies, stationery, and consumables; track usage and initiate reorders as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for housekeeping, maintenance, and other facility-related services.
- Support HR and Accounts teams with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, courier dispatch, and travel arrangements.
- Handle petty cash, maintain expense records, and prepare reimbursement statements.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, employee engagement activities, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and administrative procedures.
- Liaise with local authorities, suppliers, and external partners as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / B.A / BBA).
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of accounting and vendor coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
