We are looking for a smart and organized Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and office operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and documentation.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with different departments and vendors.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and office supplies.
- Assist HR and management in routine administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication and computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Minimum 2 year of experience in admin or office management preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
