Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin and Purchasing Executive to handle office administration and procurement activities. The role involves managing daily office operations, purchasing materials and supplies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting management in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
  • Handle purchase requests and source suppliers for required materials.
  • Obtain quotations, prepare purchase orders, and maintain purchase records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office premises and facilities.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and company events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2 –3 years of experience in administration or purchasing.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
