Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable Admin Cum Accounts Executive who can efficiently manage day-to-day hotel operations while also handling accounting tasks. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing both administrative duties and accounts work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administration and Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and customer support.
- Coordinate housekeeping and ensure smooth room operations.
- Maintain hotel inventory, vendor coordination, and staff attendance.
- Manage accounting such as billing, invoicing, cash handling, daily expense tracking and prepare financial reports.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in Admin/Accounts roles (Hospitality experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Tally/Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
