Job Brief
Team Handling:
- Supervise and manage cleaning staff, office boys, and other blue-collar employees.
- Ensure proper duty allocation, discipline, and overall team efficiency.
- Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of office premises.
Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact for all administrative coordination.
- Assist employees with cabin bookings, meeting room reservations, and desk arrangements.
- Liaise with internal departments and support staff for seamless operations.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies and pantry inventory.
- Raise purchase requests and ensure timely procurement and restocking.
- Keep accurate records of inventory usage and costs.
Hospitality & Guest Management:
- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism.
- Manage front-office hospitality, including meeting room preparation and guest refreshments.
- Ensure high standards of service and hospitality at all times.
Communication:
- Maintain clear communication with employees and management regarding admin-related concerns.
- Draft emails, notices, and other admin communications as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to office admin.
Competencies:
- Graduate in any discipline; certification in office administration is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
- Prior experience in handling housekeeping or blue-collar teams is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, E-mail).
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
