Job Title: Admin / Back Office Executive

Shift: Rotational Shifts | Rotational Week Offs
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Management – Oversee cleanliness & facility upkeep
ID Card Management – Issue & track employee access cards
System Management – Monitor office systems & report issues
Vendor Management – Coordinate with external service providers
Back Office Support – Documentation & admin tasks
** Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin/Back Office
BPO background preferred
Proficient in MS Office & basic system handling
Good communication & coordination skills
Willing to work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs
