Job Title: Admin Fresher (Travel Bookings, Procurement etc.)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Admin fresher to support daily administrative operations, travel bookings, procurement, and documentation.
Core Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage travel bookings for staff, ensuring cost-effective and timely arrangements.
· Assist with procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and purchase documentation.
· Maintain accurate records for administrative activities, procurement, and payments.
· Support day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
· Handle urgent travel bookings beyond office hours or on holidays, when necessary.
· Visit banks for official work, as and when required.
Requirements:
· Graduation in any field
· Prior exposure to administration and procurement is an advantage
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Good communication skills (written and verbal).
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
· Ability to handle urgent tasks beyond regular hours when required.
