About the Company:

Bora Associates is a reputed firm engaged in Real Estate Development and Educational Services. With a commitment to excellence, transparency, and innovation, we are looking for an experienced Admin Head who can lead our administrative functions and support legal operations efficiently.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Head with sound knowledge of legal documentation, compliance, and office administration. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate with various departments, and ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are properly handled.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee and manage all office administrative operations.
  • Handle HR & staff coordination, attendance, vendor management, and general office maintenance.
  • Manage internal communications, filing systems, and asset management.
  • Support management in daily operational planning and execution.

Legal & Compliance:

  • Draft, review, and maintain agreements (sale deeds, MOUs, JV agreements, etc.) related to real estate projects.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors, government authorities, and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, local municipal regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain legal documentation, approvals, and licenses for projects and educational institutions.

Coordination & Support:

  • Liaison with banks, government offices, and vendors.
  • Support Directors in administrative and legal correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and documentation for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Law (LLB/LLM) or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Administration & Legal functions, ideally in Real Estate / Construction / Education sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate documentation, RERA, and general corporate compliance.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
