Job Title: Admin Manager

Job Summary:
The Admin Manager will oversee all administrative operations of Challani Jewellery Mart to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments. This role requires excellent coordination, facility management, vendor handling, and people management skills to support efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative activities including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate facility operations for showroom, office, and warehouse.
- Handle vendor management — quotations, negotiations, and service agreements.
- Ensure proper functioning of infrastructure, utilities, and office equipment.
- Oversee travel arrangements, transport, and accommodation for staff and guests.
- Maintain and monitor AMC contracts, licenses, and compliance documents.
- Support HR in employee-related services (ID cards, seating, attendance logistics, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and security standards.
- Prepare and monitor administrative budgets and expense reports.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth execution of internal events and audits.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration / Management or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in administration, preferably in retail or jewellery sector.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation ability.
- Proficient in MS Office and administrative documentation.
- Ability to handle multitasking and problem-solving under pressure.
