What You'll Do
As a Poker Floor Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our poker room. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing poker room activities to ensure games run efficiently and fairly.
- Managing player disputes and resolving issues with professionalism and confidence.
- Supervising poker dealers and ensuring adherence to house rules and procedures.
- Monitoring the gaming floor for compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Providing excellent customer service to players and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or poker-related environment.
- Strong knowledge of poker rules, procedures, and game dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
