We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Kochi, offering services such as social media marketing, SEO, branding, and web development. We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily office operations and support our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone communications.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support recruitment activities — posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Maintain petty cash, process invoices, and assist in financial documentation.
- Support management with reports, presentations, and meeting coordination.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist the digital marketing team with project coordination and client documentation.
- Handle travel arrangements and office event planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in administration (experience in IT/Digital Marketing firm preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
