Job description & requirements

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Kochi, offering services such as social media marketing, SEO, branding, and web development. We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily office operations and support our dynamic marketing team.

Male Candidate Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone communications.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data.
  • Support recruitment activities — posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Maintain petty cash, process invoices, and assist in financial documentation.
  • Support management with reports, presentations, and meeting coordination.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist the digital marketing team with project coordination and client documentation.
  • Handle travel arrangements and office event planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in administration (experience in IT/Digital Marketing firm preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
