Position: Administration Assistant - Infection, Prevention and Control

Classification: HS1

Hourly rate: $29.5763 plus 11.5% Superannuation

Employment type: Permanent Part-Time, 24 hours per fortnight

About the role

WDHS is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic administration assistant to join the Infection Prevention and Control team. Your primary responsibilities include providing administrative support, maintaining staff health records, data entry (Payglobal, AIR), ordering supplies, covering office duties, triaging calls, and general administration tasks.

Hours are 24 per fortnight, Monday to Friday.

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required. All applicants must comply with WDHS immunisation and vaccination requirements.
