They are also a major supplier of gensets and battery energy storage systems, developed to thrive in the harshest climate conditions. This new role is designed to lead the company's service dealer network, technical support, service, and spare parts business during its next stage of expansion.
In your new role, you will lead a small team to drive the company's service sales, technical support, and spare parts business activities through its established and growing base of OEM customers, as well as through the national dealer network. As a key member of the national leadership team, you will contribute to strategy and oversee its execution. This is a customer-facing role, where you will mentor and drive performance within the sales and service teams.
You will likely have both automotive engineering and commercial qualifications, with exposure to key markets such as agriculture, mining, oil and gas, materials handling, construction, or similar. Your career to date should demonstrate success in delivering excellent technical support, customer service, product servicing, spare parts sales, and managing dealer and distribution networks. You are an excellent communicator, both with your team and customers, commercially astute, and committed to continuous improvement.
This is an exciting new role that may suit an experienced National Aftersales Manager or a Regional Aftersales Manager seeking their first national position.
