We’re now seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Recruitment Manager to lead our Acute Healthcare recruitment business. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape and grow Australia’s largest acute healthcare agency recruitment team, delivering top-tier talent solutions to our valued clients.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Strategic Workforce, you will:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of acute healthcare recruiters
• Drive the delivery of high-quality talent for hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships within the acute healthcare sector
• Oversee team performance, ensuring achievement of KPIs, revenue targets, and service excellence
• Contribute to national strategy and operational improvements for acute healthcare recruitment
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity in the agency healthcare recruitment market

This role could be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and expand client relationships

• A passion for connecting healthcare professionals to meaningful roles
