Client Account Management (CAM) Professional
Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore
Experience: 6 to 9 years
Education: Full-time MBA/ PGDM or Masters in a relevant field (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Independently manage end-to-end account initiatives spanning marketing, relationship management, bid strategy, contracting, internal operations, and risk governance.
- Strategic Marketing Support: Develop and maintain account marketing assets, campaigns, proposal libraries, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Executive Advisory: Provide insights and perspective to account leadership by analyzing information and identifying strategic opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Prepare materials for client meetings, leadership presentations, and other high-impact interactions.
- Relationship Mapping: Maintain tools such as organizational charts, relationship maps, and political balance sheets to support account strategy.
- Confidentiality Program Oversight: Implement onboarding/offboarding protocols and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Team Development: Mentor team members on project delivery, client management, and professional growth.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular check-ins, offer constructive feedback, and align team strengths with growth opportunities.
- Talent Initiatives: Contribute to team-building, learning programs, and internal capability development.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in account management, marketing, or business development
- 2 to 3 years of experience leading and mentoring teams
- Full-time MBA/ PGDM or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
