Position Title: Assistant Admin Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Admin Manager to support the school's day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will assist the Admin Manager/Principal in ensuring smooth operations of facilities, staff management, and compliance with school policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Admin Manager in overseeing all administrative and facility operations of the school
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, transport, and security services
- Manage procurement of supplies, vendor negotiations, and maintain stock/inventory records
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations (fire, health & safety, transport permits, etc.)
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate tasks effectively
- Assist in managing budgets, expense tracking, and administrative reporting
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies for smooth execution of events and operations
- Support HR-related administrative tasks (attendance, leaves, staff records) as required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Administration, Management or related field)
- 3–5 years of experience in school/education or similar administrative roles
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of school operations, vendor management, and compliance is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
