We’re Hiring: Associate Account Executive / Account Executive –EMEA, ANZ, or AMER Region | Bangalore
Are you a driven B2B sales professional with a passion for global markets and full-cycle selling? Join our high-performing Outbound Sales Team and take ownership of the entire sales cycle for SME clients in the AMER region .
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the full sales cycle : from lead sourcing and qualification to discovery, solutioning, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and activation
Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining a high-converting pipeline
Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to scale our GTM strategy
Define and refine sales processes , outreach cadences, CRM hygiene, and reporting
Negotiate commercial contracts and partnership agreements
Share best practices and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
✅ What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in sales roles , with 3+ years of success in full-cycle B2B sales
Proven ability to hunt and close new business in high-velocity environments
Experience selling into global markets (especially EMEA, ANZ, or AMER )
Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools , CRM workflows, and automation
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
Experience in fintech or payments is a plus
Salesforce experience is required
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 4 days/week in office)
Region Focus: AMER (North & South America)
Shift Timing: Aligned with AMER time zones
Role Type: Full-time
This is not a support role —you’ll independently own and drive sales in your assigned territory, with full accountability for pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue delivery.
