We’re Hiring: Associate Account Executive / Account Executive –EMEA, ANZ, or AMER Region | Bangalore

Are you a driven B2B sales professional with a passion for global markets and full-cycle selling? Join our high-performing Outbound Sales Team and take ownership of the entire sales cycle for SME clients in the AMER region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the full sales cycle: from lead sourcing and qualification to discovery, solutioning, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and activation
  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining a high-converting pipeline
  • Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to scale our GTM strategy
  • Define and refine sales processes, outreach cadences, CRM hygiene, and reporting
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and partnership agreements
  • Share best practices and contribute to a high-performance sales culture


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in sales roles, with 3+ years of success in full-cycle B2B sales
  • Proven ability to hunt and close new business in high-velocity environments
  • Experience selling into global markets (especially EMEA, ANZ, or AMER)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools, CRM workflows, and automation
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Experience in fintech or payments is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is required


Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 4 days/week in office)

Region Focus: AMER (North & South America)

Shift Timing: Aligned with AMER time zones

Role Type: Full-time

This is not a support role—you’ll independently own and drive sales in your assigned territory, with full accountability for pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue delivery.
