Position Overview

The Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors – Strategy & Transformation is part of Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services team, which combines management consulting with Mastercard’s data assets and technology to provide strategic insights. The team works with clients across various industries, including banking, payments, retail, and restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverables and workstreams on projects across different industries.
• Develop strategies and programs for clients using data and technology to create value.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
• Develop sound business recommendations and deliver impactful presentations.
• Organize and structure work for yourself and junior team members.
• Lead meetings and project management activities.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and solution development.
• Mentor junior consultants and grow into project ownership roles.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with relevant work experience in consulting, strategy, or related fields.
• Experience managing clients or stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills in English and local language.
• Legal eligibility to work and travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing workstreams in a team environment.
• Coaching experience with junior team members.
• Industry-specific expertise.
• MBA or relevant master's degree (preferred but not required).
