Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to drive product execution and roadmap delivery for our AI-powered EdTech platform serving K12 students. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, content, and business teams to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the feature roadmap from MVP stage to full-scale launch.
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Conduct user feedback sessions with students, parents, and teachers to gather insights.
- Track sprint progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze key product metrics (DAU/MAU, engagement, retention) and iterate to improve outcomes.
- Support integration planning with Infinity Learn systems and Sri Chaitanya content teams.
- Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure smooth execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech, consumer apps, or AI-driven products.
- Strong technical understanding to effectively collaborate with AI/ML and engineering teams.
- Solid user research skills with the ability to synthesize feedback into actionable insights.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage product trade-offs.
- Experience in launching 0-to-1 products.

- Background in education, learning design, or related fields.
- Experience in AI-based product features or data-driven platforms.
