Role: Automation Tester with Selenium / Python (Tester)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Python .
- Build and enhance reusable test frameworks and maintain automation scripts for UI and API layers.
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Participate in sprint planning, test estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and report defects using JIRA or equivalent tools.
- Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and quality of deliverables.
